Intranet on SuperRare
Some news I have been waiting to share: I have been selected as an artist on SuperRare.
For years my work has lived almost entirely on Tezos. Intranet grew there, one loop at a time, until it passed five hundred pieces. Being invited onto SuperRare means opening a new node in that network, on Ethereum, inside a curated space for single-edition digital art. It is a step I do not take lightly, and I am grateful for the trust.
The first three works are now minted.
A New Contract, the Same Signal
I did not want to start from zero. The SuperRare works belong to Intranet: same format, same rules, same voice. 640 by 480 pixels, 30 frames per second, a loop that snaps back to frame one without apologizing.
What changes is the container. On SuperRare the series lives in its own contract, a sovereign collection I deployed and own, carrying the same name and the same description it has always had: a virtual journey.
Each piece is a 1 of 1. No editions, no copies: one token, one collector.
Trapped in the 90s
The first piece minted had to say where the whole project comes from. Trapped in the 90s is the room where it all started: a desk, a monitor, the clutter of a decade that never quite logged off. It is the title the entire series could have had.
Soft Tyres
The second piece comes from the faster side of the archive, the one that opened up in the extended network: cars, asphalt, the memory of speed rendered in low resolution. Soft tyres is a red machine and a smoke trail, looping forever on a road that leads nowhere.
Return to Corral
The third piece closes the opening trio. Return to corral is a circle of shopping carts gathered in an empty parking lot, an everyday image turned into a ritual. Things that wander off always find their way back to where they started. So do loops.
Reserve Auctions
All three works are listed as reserve auctions with a reserve price of 0.1 ETH. The auction does not start until the first bid meets the reserve; from that moment a countdown begins, and the piece goes to the highest bidder when it ends.
I like this format for the same reason I liked the community auctions on Tezos: it makes collecting a live event rather than a checkout. Every bid is a signal sent across the network.
You can follow the auctions directly on SuperRare or through the portfolio, where each piece has its own page with live price and activity.
The intranet keeps expanding. Now it has a new address.
